Honey Butter Chips

Oiji's signature dessert. House made potato chips wrapped in a velvety smooth honey butter glaze. Crunchy & sweet with a kick of cayenne. Ice cream NOT included.

Step 1
Heat large non-stick pan over low heat
Add Oiji honey butter mix

Step 2
Once the mix is melted and air bubbles form,
add Oiji potato chips
Stir (or shake the pan) to thoroughly coat all of
the chips in the mix

Step 3
Season chips evenly with salt and
cayenne pepper
Continue stirring (or shaking) to coat chips
thoroughly for about 30-45 sec

Step 4
Add cooked honey butter chips into serving
bowl; scoop vanilla ice cream (not included)
and place on top of chips
