Spicy Beef Noodle Soup

Temporarily unavailable. Brisket broth, hand pulled brisket slices, oyster mushrooms, fern, bean sprout. Topped scallions, egg strips and chili oil. Banchan included.

Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water
Once water is boiling, add noodles
Cook for 4-5 min
Drain & set aside

Step 2
In another pot:
Add broth & hand pulled brisket
Add oyster mushrooms & scallions
Cook on high heat for 3-5 min, stirring throughout

Step 3
Place noodles in serving bowl
Add broth into bowl
Garnish with egg strips, scallions & chili oil
