Large Pan, Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper

Short Rib Kimchi Fried Rice

With mozzarella cheese. Topped with scallions.

Step 1
Heat large pan over high heat; add 1 tbsp oil
Add rice to pan
Use wooden spoon to break clumps
Cook and stir for 1 min

Step 2
Add Yoon short rib kimchi mix
Cook and stir thoroughly for 4 min

Step 3
Reduce to low heat
Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese
Cover pan to let cheese melt (~30 sec)
Once cheese is melted, stir thoroughly

Step 4
Place cooked fried rice in bowl
Garnish with scallions
Enjoy!

Note: Season with salt and pepper throughout cooking process.
