From Your Kitchen:
Large Pan (Non-Stick), Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper

Short Rib Japchae

Temporarily unavailable. A traditional savory and slightly sweet dish of stir-fried glass noodles and vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine. No banchan included.

Step 1
Heat large pan over medium high heat
Add marinated short rib (no oil needed)
Cook and stir for 2-3 min (until meat browns)

Step 2
Add mushrooms and a dash of cooking oil
Cook and stir for 2-3 min (until brown and soft)

Step 3
Add glass noodles and half a cup of water
Cook and stir for 1-2 min (until water evaporates
and noodles soften)

Step 4
Add onions & bell peppers, cook and stir for
2-3 min. If you prefer spicy, add pepper oil and
stir (optional)

Step 5
Place cooked japchae onto plate(s)
Garnish with egg strips & sesame seeds
