Octopus Over Rice
In Your Mise Box: Shrimp, Korean Green Peppers, Octopus, Lettuce, Scallion Onion Mix, Octopus Sauce, Chili Powder, Rice, Scallions (garnish)
From Your Kitchen:Large Pan, Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper
Storage Instructions: Refrigerator (2-3 days)
Shrimp, Korean chili peppers, lettuce, scallions, onions. Spicy (if you want).
Step 1Heat large pan over medium high heatAdd 1 tbsp oilAdd shrimp & Korean green peppersCook until shrimp is pink on both sides (1-2 min)
Step 2Add octopus, lettuce, scallion onion mix, andoctopus sauceCook and stir for 2-3 min
Step 3Add a dash of cooking oil (optional)Sprinkle chili powder (to taste)Cook and stir for 1 min
Step 4Place rice in microwaveable bowlDampen paper towel with water; place over riceMicrowave on high for 2 min
Step 5Place rice in bowl and layeroctopus/shrimp mix over riceGarnish with scallions. Enjoy!
