Shrimp, Korean Green Peppers, Octopus, Lettuce, Scallion Onion Mix, Octopus Sauce, Chili Powder, Rice, Scallions (garnish), Sesame Seeds

From Your Kitchen:
Large Pan, Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper

Storage Instructions: Refrigerator (2-3 days)



Octopus Over Rice

Temporarily unavailable. Shrimp, Korean chili peppers, lettuce, scallions, onions. Spicy (if you want). Banchan included.

Step 1
Heat large pan over medium high heat
Add 1 tbsp oil
Add shrimp & Korean green peppers
Cook until shrimp is pink on both sides (1-2 min)

Step 2
Add octopus, lettuce, scallion onion mix, and
octopus sauce
Cook and stir for 2-3 min

Step 3
Add a dash of cooking oil (optional)
Sprinkle chili powder to taste (warning: powder
is very spicy!)
Cook and stir for 1 min

Step 4
Place rice in microwaveable bowl
Dampen paper towel with water; place over rice
Microwave on high for 2 min

Step 5
Place rice in bowl and layer
octopus/shrimp mix over rice
Garnish with scallions& sesame seeds
