Step 1Preheat oven to 425° F; nest b’alls closetogether on baking pan (with touch of olive oil oron parchment paper)Bake in oven for 24-26 min**Check that internal temp reaches 165° F; times vary based on oven;some b’alls may have pinkish tone inside even when fully cooked due tonatural curing process
Step 2Parmesan cream & tomato: heat small pot overlow heat; add sauce and heat for 3-5 min,stirring occasionallyPesto: bring to room temp
Step 3Heat large pan over medium heatAdd pasta & water (1 ounce of water perserving of pasta); cook & stir lightly til water isalmost evaporated (2-3 min)
Step 4Add half of the sauce into panMix pasta and sauce thoroughlyPlate mixed pasta in serving bowl
Step 5Plate baked b’alls on top of pastaTop b’alls with the rest of the sauceAdd Parmesan (to taste); enjoy!
