Step 1 Preheat oven to 425° F; nest b’alls close together on baking pan (with touch of olive oil or on parchment paper) Bake in oven for 24-26 min*
*Check that internal temp reaches 165° F; times vary based on oven; some b’alls may have pinkish tone inside even when fully cooked due to natural curing process
Step 2 Parmesan cream & tomato: heat small pot over low heat; add sauce and heat for 3-5 min, stirring occasionally Pesto: bring to room temp
Step 3 Heat large pan over medium heat Add pasta & water (1 ounce of water per serving of pasta); cook & stir lightly til water is almost evaporated (2-3 min)
Step 4 Add half of the sauce into pan Mix pasta and sauce thoroughly Plate mixed pasta in serving bowl
Step 5 Plate baked b’alls on top of pasta Top b’alls with the rest of the sauce Add Parmesan (to taste); enjoy!
