Lamburger

Aji feta spread, pickled red onion, grilled tomato, zhoug and arugula. Comes with onion rings and ranch. Customize it your way!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375º F
Place and spread onion rings on baking pan
Season lamb patties w/ salt & pepper liberally on both sides

Step 2
Heat large pan over med-high heat; add 1tbsp of oil
Heat for about 1 min or until oil is hot
Add lamb patties, and cook for 3-4 min per side (medium rare) or to desired doneness*

Step 3
Remove lamb patties from pan
Add tomato, and cook for 1-2 min per side
Heat onion rings in oven (~3 min)

Step 4
Toast bun in oven, pan or toaster oven (~30 sec - 1 min)
Spread Aji Feta spread(yellow sauce) on buns
Spread zhoug on patty

Step 5
Assemble burger: place arugula & tomato on bottom bun
Place patty, pickled red onion & top bun on top
Plate onion rings and ranch sauce; enjoy!

*Check that internal temperature reaches 145º F
