Ssam Platter

A traditional Korean offering from Oiji. Enjoy the Ssam ("wrap" in Korean) experience right in the comfort of your own home!

Step 1
Place gang-deon-jang in microwaveable bowl
Microwave on high for 1 min 30 sec.

Step 2
Heat large pan over medium heat; add 1 tbsp oil
Once the pan is hot, add spicy pork
Cook and stir for 1-2 min (or until fully cooked);
place cooked pork in serving bowl
Note: pork is thinly sliced so will dry out quickly

Step 3
Place lotus rice on microwaveable plate
Microwave on high for 2 min

Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix leeks with
leek vinaigrette
Rehydrate lettuce wraps by rinsing quickly with
cold water

Step 5
Plate, serve and enjoy!
Tips on how to eat: add everything - lotus rice,
spicy pork, gang-doen-jang, leek salad, and
sesame sauce - on lettuce wrap
