Chili lobster and cold ramyun noodles. The perfect cold dish with a spicy kick.
Step 1Boil a large pot of lightly salted waterOnce water is boiling, throw fresh Ramyunnoodles into potCook for 7 min (or until firm and fully cooked)
Step 2Prepare ice bath by adding ice and cold water to mixing bowl; drain noodles and add to ice bath(If ice is unavailable, rinse noodles with cold running water)
Step 3While noodles are cooling, add lobster andchili oil (to taste) into a small bowlMix thoroughly
Step 4Drain noodles from ice bathIn a new bowl (or existing drained mixing bowl), add noodles and scallion sesame sauceMix thoroughly
Step 5Add mixed noodles to serving bowlPlace mixed lobster on top of noodlesSprinkle seaweed powder on topPlace English peas around the lobster; enjoy!
