Step 1Heat baguette with preferred method (if desired)Heat pot over medium heatAdd garlic; cook til slightly brown & toastedAdd white wine; cook for 1 min
Step 2Add raclette and gruyéreStir continuously until melted and boiling*
Step 3While boiling, add 1 tbsp of water intocornstarch container; mix thoroughlySlowly add cornstarch mix into pot and stir tilcheese texture thickens to desired level**
Step 4Squeeze lemon juice into potStir thoroughlyAdd truffle shavings and truffle oil (to taste)Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy*
Step 5Plate fruits, veggies & baguetteTransfer cheese to fondue pot (or small crockpotor bowl***)Enjoy!
