Temporarily unavailable due to restaurant renovations (until November). Hakata TonTon’s famous Motsu Hot Pot. A rich and flavorful experience perfected by Chef Koji Hagihara. Homemade organic chicken & bonito broth with beef intestine, cabbage, chives and others.
Step 1 Pour large broth into pot Add sliced garlic and Motsu beef intestine Stir gently to loosen into pieces
Step 2 Add cabbage; place chives on top, laid out across the pot Place dumpling skins on top (one by one), then top with red chili peppers Turn to high heat to begin boiling (no stirring)
Step 3 Once boiling, reduce heat to medium Move dumpling skins to side of pot Cook for 7 min Stir occasionally to prevent ingredients from sticking to pot
Step 4 Stir pot thoroughly Turn off heat, and enjoy! As you eat, pair with yuzu kosho paste for richer flavor
Step 5 After enjoying some hot pot, Add small broth and champon noodles into pot Reheat until boiling and cook 2-4 min (depending on preference) Enjoy (again)!
