Step 1Pour large broth into potAdd sliced garlic and Motsu beef intestineStir gently to loosen into pieces
Step 2Add cabbage; place chives on top, laid out across the potPlace dumpling skins on top (one by one), then top with red chili peppersTurn to high heat to begin boiling (no stirring)
Step 3Once boiling, reduce heat to mediumMove dumpling skins to side of potCook for 7 minStir occasionally to prevent ingredients from sticking to pot
Step 4Stir pot thoroughlyTurn off heat, and enjoy!As you eat, pair with red yuzu kosho pastefor richer flavor
Step 5After enjoying some hot pot,Add small broth and champon noodles into potReheat until boiling and cook 2-4 min (depending on preference)Enjoy (again)!
