Over a lentil salad mixed with citrus dressing. With homemade tomato coulis.
Step 1Preheat oven to 400°FHeat large pan over medium high heatMeanwhile, season salmon with salt & pepper
Step 2Add 1 tbsp oil into panPlace salmon in pan, sesame crusted side downCook for 1 min; flipCook other side for another min
Step 3Place salmon on baking pan (or oven-proof pan)Bake in oven:Rare = 2 min; Medium Rare = 4 min; Medium = 7 min; Medium Well = 9 min; Well = 11 min
Step 4Heat a small pan over medium heatAdd lentils with vegetables, citrus dressing, salt & pepperCook and stir for 2-3 min
