From Your Kitchen:Large Pan, Large Pot, Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper
Storage Instructions: Refrigerator (3-4 days)
With sausage, broccoli rabe, and ricotta salata.
Step 1Heat large pan over medium heatAdd 3 Tbsp oil; add sausageCook and stir sausage until both sides brown (1-2 min)
Step 2Increase heat to medium high; add garlic oilCook and stir until garlic is golden (1-2 min)
Step 3Add broccoli rabe, white wine, salt & pepperCook and stir for 1-2 minRemove pan from heat
Step 4Boil a large pot of lightly salted waterCook orecchiette for 2 min; drain and reserve half a cup of pasta waterAdd orecchiette & water to pan; stir for 1 min
Step 5Add Parmigiano & red pepper flakes (to taste)Toss until everything is well mixedPlate; add ricotta cheese on top of dishServe and enjoy!
