Homemade potato gnocchi. Prepared with black truffles, wild mushrooms, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Step 1
Boil a large pot of lightly salted water
Once water is boiling, throw gnocchi into pot
Cook until they rise to surface (3-4 min)
Drain gnocchi; set aside
Step 2
Heat large pan over medium heat
Add 1 Tbsp butter
Once melted, add mushrooms
Cook and stir for 3 min (until brown and soft)
Step 3
Add heavy cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano,
black truffles, salt & pepper into pan
Cook & stir until sauce starts to thicken (3-4 min)
Remove pan from heat
Step 4
Toss gnocchi into the sauce; stir thoroughly
Plate and serve
