Step 1Boil a large pot of lightly salted waterOnce water is boiling, throw gnocchi into potCook until they rise to surface (3-4 min)Drain gnocchi; set aside
Step 2Heat large pan over medium heatAdd 1 Tbsp butterOnce melted, add mushroomsCook and stir for 3 min (until brown and soft)
Step 3Add heavy cream, Parmigiano-Reggiano,black truffles, salt & pepper into panCook & stir until sauce starts to thicken (3-4 min)Remove pan from heat
Step 4Toss gnocchi into the sauce; stir thoroughlyPlate and serveBuon Appetito!
