Classic Burger

Prime angus beef, local cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles & secret sauce. Comes with onion rings and ranch. Customize it your way!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375º F
Place and spread onion rings on baking pan
Season beef patties w/ salt & pepper liberally on both sides

Step 2
Heat large pan over med-high heat; add 1tbsp of oil
Heat for about 1 min or until oil is hot
Add beef patties, and cook for 3-4 min per side (medium rare) or to desired doneness*

Step 3
Place patties on baking pan
Place cheddar cheese on top of patties
Place into oven to melt cheese (~1 min)
Heat onion rings in oven (~3 min)

Step 4
Toast bun in oven, pan or toaster oven (~30 sec - 1 min)
Spread burger sauce on buns

Step 5
Assemble burger: place lettuce, tomato, onion & pickles on bottom bun
Place patty, cheese and top bun on top
Plate onion rings and ranch sauce; enjoy!

*Check that internal temperature reaches 145º F
