Step 1Use toothpick to poke 3 holes evenly across the body of the bangersFlip bangers and repeat - poke 3 holes even across the other side
Step 2Heat large pan over medium heat; add 1tbsp of oilHeat for about 1 min or until oil is hotAdd bangers, and continuously roll around the pan for even golden brown color (~10-15 min)
Step 3Heat small pot over medium heatAdd onion gravyBring to small boil and stir for ~90 sec
Step 4Place mashed potatoes in microwave safe dishMicrowave for 1-2 minMix mashed potatoes (to spread heat & fluff up)
